Tasks and responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally and efficiently - Promote and sell products/services over the phone to potential and existing customers - Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies - Achieve and exceed set sales targets - Resolve customer complaints and problems quickly and effectively - Maintain customer satisfaction and build strong relationships with them - Document customer interactions and update records in the system - Follow up on sales opportunities and leads to close deals Saudi nationality (female) University degree holder Proficiency in Arabic (native speaker level) with excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills At least 2 years of experience in call centers, customer service, or telesales Proficiency in Arabic (native language level), with preference for English proficiency Possess strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask Proficiency in using computers and call center programs Positive personality, self-motivation and customer service focus مستوى مبتدئ (خبرة اقل من سنة إلى 3 سنوات)">
