• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

• Handle reservations and cancellations using our hotel management system.

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services.

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Answer phone calls promptly and professionally.

• Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.

• Ensure a smooth and pleasant guest experience during their stay.
0-1 year of experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service
