Job Description:

- Ula Contracting Company is seeking a Data Entry Specialist with a strong background in accounting and finance to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in ERPNext (or similar ERP software), bank transactions and entries, and preferably a background in contracting companies



Responsibilities:

- Accurately enter and maintain accounting and financial data in ERPNext

- Record and reconcile bank transactions, including deposits, transfers, and statements

- Assist in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial records

- Support the accounting team in daily financial operations, invoices, and documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
Hands-on experience with ERPNext or similar ERP software (required)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with bank systems and financial entries is essential
Previous experience in a contracting company is highly preferred
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good English communication skills
Must be currently based in Riyadh
