•        Oversee the implementation of HR operational plans

•        Overseeing the renovation and implementation of the organizational structures

•        Overseeing professional requirements and tasks of all the ER dept.

•        Supervision of the monthly reports that include the number of employees for each department and job vacancies and other statistics required to monitor the workforce.
Bachelor in business administration or HR
3-5 years of work experience in the same field
