RESPONSIBILITY:



• PLANNING & MANPOWER CONTROL & PREPARING THE COMPREHENSIVE SCHEDULE.



* Master construction Schedules

* Material procurement schedule

* Manpower requirement schedule (based on the Production Rate, Time Requirement)

* Cash Flow ,cash in & cash out schedule



• Performance Measurement Report (Production Rate, manpower requirement & Control)

• COST CONTROL



* Preparing quantity & cost analysis/estimation, Base Line.

* Compare the actual incurred cost with the target and actual accomplishment and issue the profit /losses report highlighting the over-run cost areas.

* Actual Cost Analysis: -Material - Manpower – Subcontracts - Equipment - Petty Cash
Bachelor degree of civil engineering
