Creative Aspect

- Adaptation of various creative to make it post able on social media wall without touching the mainline product creative

- Doing the ‘Creative Designing’ for social media campaigns and other marketing campaigns of the company.

- Time to time doing the photo-shoot of products

- Will also be playing the role as creative designer for the company as and when needed.

- Final approval of any creative be it for Marketing campaign , social media or email marketing, is to be taken from the sales supervisors

- Customer Care & Data Management

- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries

- If any sales leads which changed into new customers has to be forwarded to the sales department

- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs and satisfying their query

- Managing customer DATA name Telephone number etc. quarterly collecting Customer Data from the showrooms.
