- Keep reports of transactions

- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

- Arranging grooming appointment

- Make sure not to lose clients by asking for any other suitable appointment

- Call the client’s 10 – 15 minutes before finishing their pet grooming

- Check if the client took their pet to potty before grooming
