- We need your help to find a suitable employee for Customer Servies.



The Main Tasks will be :

- Answering Customer Calls and emails 24 hours should be available anytime.

- Analyzing customer data and preparing periodic reports on customer service performance with

recommendations for improvement.

- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate.

- Reaching out to new clients and keep good communications.

- Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintaining ongoing communication with

them to provide necessary support.

- Providing support and assistance to customers in using products or services, and guiding them in case

of any issues.
Good communications
Speak Arabic and English well
Good skills in Microsoft Office ( Excel and power point specially )
